This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as SZ PRO SERVICE.

At SZ Pro Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality book services. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer a fair refund policy as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started.

  • The delivered work does not meet the agreed project description.

  • The delay in delivery exceeds the agreed deadline by more than 10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the project is already completed or in progress.

  • If the client fails to provide necessary information or feedback.

  • If the dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference after project approval.

  • For minor delays caused by revisions or client-side feedback delays.

3. Revision Before Refund

We always encourage clients to request revisions first. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues before considering a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, project initiation costs may apply.
